Making A Difference
Growing America's Youth is a 501c3 non-profit organization in Baltimore City. Growing America’s Youth is a structured developed program designed to promote agriculture; by teaching Baltimore youth "if you can plant a seed, you’ll never be hungry". Our program support the youth of Baltimore City, and the surrounding countries in Maryland. We offer the skills of hydroponic gardening, healthy eating, food safety and basic life skills. Growing America’s Youth programs are designed for families, schools, and community-based, and other levels of need. Hydroponics growing is the method of growing plants/vegetables using water and nutrient solution without soil.
There are several types of indoor growing systems with different ways in which plants can absorb water through their roots. Hydroponic systems come from portable aeroponic herb gardens to huge commercial hydroponic firms in all shapes and sizes.
Growing America’s Youth hydroponic project is designed to teach students about sustainable agriculture, advocacy and nutrition while building their science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) skills.
We are a non-profit organization designed to promote healthy living, basic life skills, career development skills, while promoting positive behaviors and decreasing negative behaviors in our community. We also focus on the development of our at-risk children, troubled teens by offering a success track mentoring services.

At Growing America's Youth Inc., we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing this issue with poverty. Our plan is to help the less fortunate, by providing free produce to needy families and seniors. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.
Straight from the garden
From POD to TABLE
We offer Food Safe training program for participant 18 years and older. This training will help our participant to become ServSafe Food Safety certified. Participant must pass the ServSafe Manager Certification Exam with a score of 75% or higher for your ServSafe Certification to be recognized in the state of Maryland or local health department. You must also meet your local regulatory requirements.

Growing America’s Youth homelessness program is identified based upon an initial review of our advisory board, therapist and program developers.
Growing America’s Youth was founded to help Baltimore City and surrounding counties, to help youth and their families to reach their full potential and promote positive development in academic performance and success, emotional well-being, positive relationships, health and well-being, and basic life skills.
